Other tactics have included agreeing to all sorts of ground rules - especially for high-profile guests, although most news organizations deny that they offer anything in exchange for access.

Some news-makers have even told of certain news organizations chartering private jets and putting guests up in luxury hotels in exchange for their cooperation on a story.

And some news organizations turn a blind eye to torture and murder in exchange for access.

I bet you're thinking CNN employees abandoned to Saddam's regime. How about Ron Brown and Vince Foster?

So, Hillary's going to poke her head up out of the ground to do her first "interview" since 2000? If she sees her shadow doesn't that mean six more years of socialism, or something like that?

I know I'm only dreaming. Nobody ever asks the tough questions of those two hillbillies (sorry to insult hillbillies). I wait for the day...

60 Minutes: Thank you coming by Mrs. Clinton.

Sir Hillary: Your Welcome. Anymore questions?

Oh, the old hen would have just laid an egg anyway.

Any bets on how long it takes for this book to end up on the remainder rack?

One network insider vented that whichever network lands Clinton will probably have to agree to a legal-sized page of ground rules in order to conduct the interview - something "60 Minutes" tends to steer clear of.

Hillary will read them the riot act, tell them which questions they are going to ask, and rehearse her answers ahead of time. That is her standard procedure on any interview, and I don't see why she would change now. All of her interviews are nothing but campaign speeches.

Bill Clinton choked his chicken.

Hopefully somebody will ask some GOOD questions of Ms. Hillary and she'll have to squirm a bit. Hee hee, I would LOVE to see that.

You mean one of those "Martha Stewart chopping lettuce while completely pissed" moments? Me too, but the thought of Hillary with a potential weapon would make me cringe even seeing it on television. Imagine the lost bladder control on the set!

I get your drift. But wouldn't it be nice if somebody actually asked her the hard questions? Just seeing her squirm would make my day, even if she refuses to answer them. I am still dreaming...

I hope it has a lot of pictures. I hear that the Chi-com officials want to buy a couple hundred thousand.

"Lying History" now #119 on Amazon, down from 73 yesterday. I don't believe it's been past #45 since the day it was announced.
