All in All, if they could only manage to kill one or two people with Four supposedly sophisticated car bombs and guys with machine guns, Id chalk this one up as a dismal failure on Al Qaedas part.

President Bush had better do more than Clinton did (which was essentially nothing) after the earlier bombings or the Rats and their fellow travelers in the press will use any inaction against him come election 2004.
