Depends on who planted the bombs. If it was the House of Saud, or their paramilitary arm (Al-Qaeda), not a chance.

Do we have any evidence that the Saudis are NOT the controllers of Al Qaeda?

I have lots of evidence that Saudi Arabia is the sine qua non of Al Qaeda.
