You can expect a very "thorough" Saudi investigation of this outrage, followed by a very "thorough" Saudi coverup of this outrage.
The Usual Suspects will be arrested and scapegoats found. If we want to get the guys who did this, we'll have to team up with the Mossad and start making dead Al Qaeda appear on Saudi streets in broad daylight.
When Arab terrorists wake up with slit throats, that's what I call "compassionate conservatism".
None of which alters the fact that we should bail out of the Kingdom as soon as possible.
