"Would someone remind me why we need to be in Saudi Arabia again?" For the same reason we need to be in Afghanistan and Iraq:
Either we fight the terrorists on their home turf, or we must fight them on ours.

Saudi funds Al Qaeda on the understanding that they'll leave the kingdom alone. So far as I know they have more or less obeyed. Does this mean the saudi money connection will finally dry up?
To: GRRRRR
Sad to watch. They have turned on their own, they will lose the only friends they may have had left now. Even moderate Arabs will now have to live in fear of their attacks. These attacks no doubt take place because this is the last place where they could pull them off. It was alos the last place to want American help against terrorism, that may change now. It is a desperate action in the least.
My sympathy goes out to the Saudis who have now been touched by terrorism.

Does this mean the saudi money connection will finally dry up?I'm not sure because I heard these bombs targeted buildings occupied by westerners...mostly Americans.
