Ryan Roberts has a message for parents: Don't let your kids climb over statues of Ronald McDonald.

Last week, his 4-year-old son, Joey, somehow got his head wedged in between the legs of a life-size, grinning fiberglass clown -- the fast-food chain's trademark -- at the Kooser and Blossom Hill roads McDonald's restaurant. The mishap triggered an ordeal that ended when employees finally lathered the 40-pound preschooler's head with liquid soap and slipped him out.

at least 30 years these types of statues have been around, and your kid is the first one DUMB enough to get his head stuck... maybe you ought to monitor your child a little closer.

Probably but in reality the supervision of a child should be up to the parent or guardian. A kid can get hurt by anything if unsupervised. Do you sue a concrete block manufacturer because you tossed a block into the air and it came down on your head. I'm surprised there isn't a Warning Sticker "Caution should be used when tossing into air. Inattention could result in serious head or big toe injury."

Warning Sticker "Caution should be used when tossing into air. Inattention could result in serious head or big toe injury."

have you notice those stickers like on pillows and mattress said "warning do not remove under penalty blah, blah blah"who is going to be reading the stickers anyway

so ,the sticker police will show up? or what.

"Don't scroll up or down...it's pretty damn scary. You'll have insomnia for a month. "

I just found this thread and had no previous fear of clowns.. this thread may change that though..
