That was the author's granddaughter. She's trying to renegotiate the rights of ownership (the author sold them off long ago). She has already said that she would continue licensing the characters to Disney if she wins.

What's ridiculous is that Pooh was authored in 1924. Disney keeps pushing back the dates for extending copyrights when they should eventually expire. She may only be able to continue ownership of the characters as a result of Disney's influence on legislators.

Hmmmm? Protesting in front of Disneyland might do a lot - people would at least be aware of what they are financing - a hit piece on Bush.

People come to Disneyland from all over the country - middle Americans. I think they might be very unhappy to find out the money they're spending is going to finance such hateful filth.
