How fortunate for you and for your loved ones that you will never require a blood transfusion, nor have to pay a higher insurance premium to treat the self-inflicted diseases of others.
If we didn't live in a nanny state where people think the other guy's business is a matter of public policy then I wouldn't have to pay for the foolish behaviour of others. As for blood work, the Red Cross has some pretty stringent standards. I answer about fifty questions every time I donate. I'm at three gallons so far.
