We need a government solution. How about a Pregnancy Defense department, random police roadblocks to look for Pregnannt women and inspect them for signs of abuse, tens of thousands of new government employees interviewing all pregnant woman, a special bar card encoded chip that all women will recieve at puberty that will react with hormones and automatically report when they are pregnant...
