Well, plans are tentative (and weather dependent). But your note brings to mind that I think it is time for me to Bar-B-Q some chicken sometime this weekend. So that's what I'll do sometime today or manana I think.
Mom passed away 2 years ago this last January, so guess I'll call the Bar-B-Q my Happy Mother's Day thingy for Ming and Ying (her sister from China who is living here with us now).

I'm sorry for your loss. Maybe the BarBQ can be in your Mom's memory.
At any rate, it's the weekend, two days off from work, and that's a celebration in itself!
I'm hoping to get together with my daughter and son-in-law as they will be moving to Arlington VA in a couple of weeks. :-(
