Where are these Dominican lunch counters that I should avoid? :) The lunch counter at the George Washington Bridge bus terminal for one. Gives new meaning to the term "terminal food."
Although I prefer Cuban to Dominican food, I went out on a date to a place called "Tu Casa" at 189th and Broadway that was very good and the only place where I would consider eating Dominican again.

The two Cafe con Leche places are great, one in the 80s on Amsterdam, the other in the 90s. The one in the 80s is a bit better.
