At Case Western? I guess it's possible, but that's one hard school to get admitted.
Doing bad things to bad people...
I don't recall the address -- along with several other guys we rented rooms in a frat house (for dental students).
But Simone's Pizza..... Mmmmmmmmmm. I was just remembering how it tasted.
At Case Western? I guess it's possible, but that's one hard school to get admitted. For undergrads (and law and medical) it is, but from what I've heard its not so tough to get into some of the graduate schools if you've got the money. Halder probably had an allowance from home, it's not uncommon for wealthy Indian families to pay their less respectable members to stay here.

But Simone's Pizza..... Mmmmmmmmmm. I was just remembering how it tasted.I liked Valentino's, even though it was very different from the absolute best pizza in the area (Teresa's in Maple Heights...which still is) it was second best.
A lot of mixed-race dorm suites had a deal, the white kids picked up the pizza, the black kids picked up McDonalds at 107 and Euclid. Much safer that way for all concerned.
The campus food at the time was often inedible. I ended up moving home during my sophomore year, and my GPA went up a full point, from being sick less.

the clevland on air talking heads just called the building beautifulI actually think it looks kind of cool, but that could be cause it was such a challenge to build. It adds something to Cleveland's architecture, which has a lot of excellent examples of both old and new. The Hall of Fame was by Pei, Key Tower by Pelli, Jacobs Field is Camden Yards minus the mistakes, a Gehry kind of fits in and is certainly unique. At least its not generic, like Case used to be known for. Of course I went there in the days of the truly hideous Pardee Hall. That's what living in Cleveland too long will do to ya! ;)
Cleveland trivia: Terminal Tower was the tallest building in the world outside Manhattan from the time it was built until the mid '50s.

Terminal Tower Imvho, that is still the most graceful high-rise structure in Cleveland; it's the "lady" of the city skyline."A tower that's Terminal overlooking a lake that's Erie"

I also like the Key Tower (I was up there in '90-91 when they built it as Society Center) and I think it's especially cool at night with the bluish glow at the top. Looks like something out of "Batman"!Key Tower is like Jacobs Field...modern construction, classic styling. I wish they had built it a little taller, 50 more feet and it would have broken 1,000...but it will more than do as the first thing noticed on our skyline

Even so, I think the Rock Hall is pretty cool for being so modern. Noticed it just to the left of the Key Tower in the photo ;)Pei is probably the best of the "modernist" architects, he did the Lourve expansion (similar to the Rock Hall) and the Bank of China building in Hong Kong. A "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" should look modern, it would be odd if it looked like the art museum or Severance. It also matches up well with the science center and Cleveland Browns Stadium (no corporate names for us >:) ), making the lakefront look pretty powerful.
I tell people that if they haven't been to Cleveland in the last six or seven years, they haven't been here.
