[history]
Early last Oct. 22, Conrad Johnson got up early, kissed his wife Denise and two sons goodbye and went off to his job as bus driver for Montgomery County, Md., just outside of Washington, D.C. As he walked out the door, his wife called out to him her daily warning: "Be careful!"
They were the last words she spoke to him. A couple of hours later, as he prepared to pick up his first passengers for the day, Conrad Johnson was shot and killed in the doorway of his bus: the last of the Washington area sniper victims.
To the relief of Denise Johnson and relatives of other victims, sniper suspects John Mohammed and Lee Boyd Malvo are now behind bars in Virginia, both charged with serial murders and facing the death penalty. Their fate will be determined by the criminal courts.

Bill,
Denise Johnson would be wise to sue Chief Moose rather than Bushmaster. Bushmaster is no more responsible for her husbands death than Chevrolet is for building the car they used as the 'snipermobile'.
Chief Moose knew and withheld evidence that the suspects were black. In his racist mind, he had a profile of killers that were white, redneck members of the NRA.
The killers passed through at least 10 roadblocks because chief Moose told his deputies to allow all minorities to pass.
Her husband would certainly be alive today if not for Chief Moose.

My first thought was Moose, too. But I believe the bus driver was black, also. Ah, politics!!

Ya think?
I had to restrain myself to not use the words, 'twisted, panties, sand, or vagina' in my email to him.
I consider myself a compassionate conservative.

This is nothing but pure special-interest legislation, designed to benefit one industry only, in return for campaign cash. There is no such protection proposed for automobile manufacturers, makers of kitchen knives, baseball bats or other legal products that are potential murder weapons. No one is about to go after Mercedes when someone runs over her estranged husband. Going after guns is totally personal. Anti gun people simply don't like pro gun people, logic has nothing to do with it.

"I don't understand why Bushmaster would sell this military-style assault rifle to the civilian public," Denise Johnson recently told the Washington Post. "This is not a gun for hunters or home defense. It is a gun for the military or law enforcement."
Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This isn't about hunting, it is about law enforcement! The right of the people to bear arms is to remove a tyranical government. Thats why "gun control" is an issue. Thos in power want to remove that threat so they can run rampant over your freedoms and liberties.

For Mrs. Johnson, that's not enough. She has also decided to sue the gun dealer and gun manufacturer for civil damages. The next sound you hear will be my sympathy for this woman vanishing with a "woosh!"

Everybody agrees that the gun dealer, Bull's Eye Shooter Supply in Tacoma, Wash., should be held responsible. No, everybody does not - only gun-grabbers do.

The gun it not the issue. It's the person using it. You can use a pencil to kill a person. Should they be outlawed?
Why is it when you go to a gun show there can be thousands of guns and 100's of thousands of round of ammo and not a single person gets shot?

Bill Press, himself, has probably killed more than one heart patient with his loud mouth and preposterous positions. I know that my blood pressure rises just looking at him.
Class action suit anyone?
