I had the most astonishing thought last Thursday. After a long day of hauling the kids to playdates and ballet, I turned on the news. And there was the president, landing on the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln, stepping out of a fighter jet in that amazing uniform, looking--how to put it?--really hot. Also presidential, of course. Not to mention credible as commander in chief. But mostly "hot," as in virile, sexy and powerful.

re: I played back that Fox clip of him walking across the deck of the Lincoln and looked at it carefully - he doesn't have an unusual walk at all. )))

Has a habit of rolling his shoulders forward and holding his arms clear of his body when walking. . John Wayne walked that way, too. Always amused me, like saying "my shoulders are just too broad for one guy to carry."

Clinton had a "preeny" walk--led with his chin.

Oh, yeah....he walked kind of funny because of those harness thingies between his legs.

I would also like to add strolling around on a steel "beach"
(deck for you land lubbers)is not the easiest thing to do. The surface is slick and is very uneven.

Back on the West Side, among the liberals I live surrounded by, there was dissent. At my younger children's preschool, comments ranged from "well he's cute, but not my type" to "I can't think of anything more revolting." Many of them still cite Bill Clinton and his allegedly penetrating intellect as more appealing.

Oh my goodness! This line really jumped out at me. Liberals are nuts!

OBVIOUSLY, voting for a man because he is "Hot" is beyond stupid......but there are so many empty headed women out there who just might vote for him because of this. (Of course there are a whole slew of empty headed men who have other stupid reasons for voting for a candidate, but that's another subject...... :o)

X42 may have been over-sexed, but he was NEVER sexy! Too fleshy, too puffy, too soft,too bleary-eyed, too lecherous, too disgusting.

Not to mention the inflamed "coke" nose. Don't get me started. I couldn't even look at XXX-POTUS on TV because of his "sliminess". I still can't. And it's going from bad to worse as he gets older.

What is it they call sleeping quarters on an aircraft carrier, berthing spaces? I not sure what berthing is but there isn't much sleeping done with all the traffic in and out and noise of 24/7 flight ops.
