Wrong, the people who are for protecting
the 2nd Amendment were the key to Bush's
election prehaps more than any other group.
And they do care about the assualt weapons
ban being rejected, not just some splinter group.

Politicans don't just follow public
support, otherwise the ban on prayer
in school would have been lifted long ago
and there never would have beeen a fight
on banning partial birth abortion.

And if Rove wants to get some vote
get Bush to protect our borders
if he did that he could get 50
states!
