Reinhardt’s Silveira Decision: Impeachable Offenses, A Bill Of Particulars
American Minutemen ^ | May 2003 | Jim March

On the 5th of December 2002, a three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit ruled in favor of the “collective rights” view of the 2nd Amendment and the “Right to Keep and Bear Arms” (RKBA). Penned by Judge Reinhardt, the Silveira decision wasn’t just wrong, it was deliberate fraud upon the entire judicial system, penned in such bad faith it constitutes strong evidence for outright impeachment.

Come on American Minuteman isn't going to sue Free Republic for reproducing its petition. It's important to have the text of these things archived in the Free Republic server.

Petition for redress of grievance by the American People

We demand that the United States Congress hold Impeachment hearings for Federal Judge Stephen Reinhardt.

Sponsored by the American Minutemen: www.americanminutemen.org

Judge Reinhardt drafted the court ruling that removed "Under God" from the "Pledge of Allegiance". He ruled that the saying "Under God" in the Pledge violates the 1st amendment of the Constitution.

Judge Reinhardt appears to support only parts of the Constitution, and even then only in twisted ways.

In a recent ruling (Silveria vs. Lockyer), Judge Reinhardt used discredited historical research, misquoting case law and ignored prior court precedents so that the State of California could continue to deny all Californians their rights under the 2nd amendment. Federal Judges such as Reinhardt undermine the concept that our government operates under the rule of just law. Their violations of the public trust and their disregard of their oaths of office to serve, protect and defend the constitution demands that action be taken to correct this situation.

One nation, under God – but not as long as Judge Reinhardt and other judges like him continue to rule in our courts.

Really interesting info at the link, .45.

It comes as no surprise to me that So. Cal. ACLU Pres., Ramona Ripston has played a large part in corrupting the meaning of the 2nd. Amendment in the State of California (she's from NYC, BTW).

When one looks up "good intentions are the road to perdition" in the dictionary, there's Ramona's picture.

When are the men, white, black or brown, going to realize that the women who now influence this society and it's politics, mean this Republic ill.
