The quickest way to defuse it as an issue is to quit making it a national issue. Who made this a big stink? Not Bill O'Hubcap, oh no. It was the NAACP. The NAACP does more to promote racism than any other organization in the United States. They do not want the black community to advance economically because their political strength would dissolve. And they know it.

Neal Boortz got O'Reilly good! The whole hub cap issue was brought up in an interview with Tim Russert of NBC ever since then O'Reilly has brought up this issue to make him look like the hero.

And I doubt that Neo Nazis invaded his site most Americans would let their kids go to the prom seeing that it was NOT school affiliated and that it was a PRIVATE party.

There are many Black only events including some on my college campus but no one screams bloody murder about that.

Race is an issue and has to be dealt with.

I have a solution. How about if we all stop taking ourselves so seriously, and don't get so easily offended. And then we can do away with all the poverty pimps, who perpetuate much of the problem for their own enrichment.

Whenever Condi Rice wants to get married, I am here!

I read that Ariel Sharon had a big crush on Condi. Apparently she's got a killer pair of legs!

The funny thing is, O'Reilly was taking a college to task for forcing the incoming Freshmen read a book about Islam. However, he thinks that some people should have stepped in on a private party?

Boortz is a bag of hotair.
Reily probably should not say that
to any guest, but he probably does have
a truth defense.

Do you know Boortz's mother?

O'Reilly was wrong to use the epithet he used.

"Boortz touched a nerve with the hubcap reference.

He sure did and Bill calling anyone a bleeped out SOB on the air pretty much put the spotlight on that truth. He has had other guests that were more deserving of that than Boortz was. Bill's been in a bad mood for a few weeks and it may have started with one of the online news sites stating that his radio show was falling behind in ratings (think: Drudge?). O'Reilly said it was pure BS and went on to call some of the online news sites "sleazy". I wonder if he is being pressured by producers to rip on "the right" a little harder? Maybe the Jesse Jackson/NASCAR story didn't go over too well?

In a way its scary, it seems like the one thing americans seem to hate or try to destory all the time, is freedom of association.

I agree that some laws need to and do take racist behavior into account and deal with it, but you cannot force people to like each other.

What happens is that they will segregate themselves. All races have commonalities and they will group if confronted by over zealous legal BS.

The law is generally quite clear as to what peoples rights are and what the violations will bring in the form of punishment.

The law also gives everyone the right of freedom of association. It is solid and cannot be violated.

What these students did may be objectionable to some, but it is entirely within the law and they cannot infringe on that.

Well, his radio show is in deep you know what. Drudge wasn't fabricating those numbers and O'Hubcap knows it. Rush is still the king and will always be. It was stupid to go up against Rush when the real weakest national program slots are the a.m. against Imus (where he's wearing out quick) and the 9 a.m. to Noon slot. But Glenn Beck gets my listening attention then, so Bill is screwed.

Sigh! There stands the woman of my dreams. Beauty, intelligence, conservatism, femininity, class, and toughness combined in one sweet package.

Currently, I'm skipping BO because of this current anal fixation. Not that I'm a dedicated watcher.

Who cares what the Governor thinks about private parties? If those kids had any political/media savvy, they should spin
that those not invited are big Ludicrous fans. Or think George Cooney is cool. Or whatever else is a near and dear
subject for BO's pontification.
