Ok, if you can show any other right that can be removed because of insanity, age or criminal record. Remember, if the state can remove a right, it's NOT a right, it's a privlige!!Persons who have been ajudicated incompetent may be incarcerated in mental hospitals.
Persons who have been convicted of a crime, and have been released on parole, are not able to travel freely and must submit to warrantless searches of their property and effects.
And, finally, minors do not have many rights adults have.
So, we reach the point I want to reemphasize: rights do not accrue without concomitant responsibilities.
You, of course , are correct in these examples.
I stand corrected.
I DO still ask the question "What rights are NOT restored after the completion of a full jail sentence AND parole other than the right to keep and bear arms?? Remember, I also believe that commision of a crime using a firearm should result in a 10-20 or more prison sentence with NO parole.
