Are you taking a daily multi-vitamin? A balanced deit and regular exercise should help you. If not maybe you need to have your blood sugar tested.

No daily multi-vitamins. Would they really make a difference? I did have my blood tested 2 or 3 times last year. The blood sugar level was at the top/high end of the normal range I think.

YES Try a milti-vitamin that is specificly made for a women or a man. The needs for daily intake are different. I believe this will make a great difference. However do not expect to take it and then have a boost of enery. Make this a daily habit and within a few weeks you shoud see a difference.
