YES Try a milti-vitamin that is specificly made for a women or a man. The needs for daily intake are different. I believe this will make a great difference. However do not expect to take it and then have a boost of enery. Make this a daily habit and within a few weeks you shoud see a difference.

The other day someone told me about a "B shot" (vitamin B) that I could receive from my Doctor. Have you heard of this? Any insight on this? I guess it's supposed to be fast acting.

I found some multi-vitamins that have been in storage for anywhere from 2 to 5 years. I decided to begin taking them. Is this safe? How long does the potency in these vitamins last?
