Chemistry.

Sugar(sucrose) is C12H22O11

Splenda(sucralose) is Chlorinated sugar. C12H19Cl3O8.

Aspartame is a dipeptide methyl ester. Specifically- L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester.
