Chemistry.

Sugar(sucrose) is C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁

Splenda(sucralose) is Chlorinated sugar. C₁₂H₁₉Cl₃O₈.

Aspartame is a dipeptide methyl ester. Specifically- L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester.
