Just take a walk after supper, that's what we do. About a mile round trip (20 minutes or so). And eat slowly. You need to learn when you have had enough.

It's not easy, but you can have Fettucine Alfredo and not sweat about it! ; )

Will do. Actually, I discovered a real intense, great workout by walking the steps at Fresno's Bulldog statium! All the way from bottom to top 5 to ten times and I feel great (but I still get tired:-) I haven't done it for a while, though. I'm also going to use the stationary bike.

You need to learn when you have had enough.

Great point! Eat until your body is satisfied. If there is still something on your plate, DON"T feel obligated to finish it!
