Bush was congratulating the sailors aboard the Lincoln, and also thanking them for a
job well done. In addition he was thanking them for enduring the 4 month extension
to their normal cruise of six month, I don't recall Byrd, or any other democrat, saying anything about any
of Clinton's photo ops.

Would someone remind Senator "Dirty " Byrd about the cost of the 1200 person trip to Bejing with Clinton and the trip to Africa for 900? The tab was somewhere around 75 million.....................All Democrat donors
