I guess I tend to agree but at some point the shoe is going to be on the other foot.... Right now it's only two nominees that have so far not gotten an up/down vote and 122 have been confirmed since President Bush submitted his first nominees.

I suspect they'll wait until Pickering and maybe Carolyn Kuhl have been brought to the floor and see what the democrats do with them. At that point there maybe four nominees being filibustered. More political ammo for the elections, imo.
