I got this via e-mail and don't know what to make of it. The message isn't posted on the Web site, but here it is anyway. Is this weird or what?

I wasn't planning on seeing the movie, but if this is true I will pay to see it on principle.

Typical Islaminazi brown shirt tactics.
When he refuses, they'll issue a Fatwa and order him killed by the first Borg drone to get close enough.

Muslim Groups Demand an Apology from X-Men Director, Bryan Singer Replacement Headline:
Americans Demand an Apology for Muslim Groups Targeting and Killing Innocent American Citizens, asks "why in the hell are there no Muslim Clerics in the streets demanding an accounting and decrying cowardly assault"
Yeah, we saw these cowardly SOBs taking to the streets to protest 9/11 - and their little sisters in the so-called "arab street" revealed themselves as little men with litle d!cks.

It appears to be a Muslim shakedown of Hollywood.

Oh no, not a ring.
What a horrible slur.
The thought police should slap him firmly on both wrists.
</sarcasm>
Give me a break. Don't they have something better to do?
(Like dig fence post holes in Texas in August)
I haven't seen the movie but I did read the book version. If anything the Striker charecter was closer to a Nazi than Islamist

Seems like a bit of a stretch to me.
Why does everyone need an apology these days?
I don't care if the directors apologize, but I hope they don't edit the movie before I see it.

...so, they're saying the comic books were racist as well? That's about as far off base as I've heard.

I don't get this core part:
"Najee Ali explains, "Within the first 5 minutes of 'X2: X-Men United,' an evil villain, 'Colonel William Stryker' is in the White House signing a document. As he signs, he is shown wearing a ring featuring the Arabic symbol for 'Allah.' Colonel Stryker was never depicted as a Muslim in the comic book series... We feel this is a subtle but obvious attack on Islam." "
Why can't he be a Muslim? Are all 'evil' people supposed to be Christian, or Jewish, or Hindu, or some godless worshippers of Cthulu?
Furthermore, there is no evidence (or explanation for the unenlightened) for why wearing a ring with "Allah" in Arabic would be sacriligious when it's written on several countries' flags.

Because, . . . There ARE NO evil Muslims! Why, just ask Saddam and Uday!

At least they are finally speaking up about something. Seems 9-11 was not enough to draw them out, but put an offensive ring on an actor and wa lah.

Hey Muslims. I have an Idea. DON'T WATCH THE F'N Movie!

Didn't Jesse and Company just try this on the move Barbershop. I hope they have the same lack of success but it looks like a trend here.

"Sigh!"
The Difference between a 'Nazi' & an 'Islamist' has Narrowed--in Recent Times--to a "point" of irrelevance!
The Difference Between Saddam Hussein's Regime & Hitler's Regime has become increasingly less obvious as The Coalition has uncovered Saddam's Detritus!
Those who proffer Themselves as "Islamists" & Cling to the "Government" of Iraq are--More & More--beginning to resemble the "Hangers-on" of the post-war Nazi's!
SO SHALL THEIR FATE BE!!

Where were these Islamobozos when Hollywood completely re-wrote Tom Clancy's Sum of All Fears so the antagonists were "Right Wing Fanatics" instead of Islamic Terrorists?.............?
Ya...I thought so.
To: ArcLight
I just got back from seeing this movie; I did NOT, in any way , see the "ring" this Islamofacist group refers to. If anything, I thought the villan was your stereotypical "Bad White Man".
