Prayers needed for folks from Kansas to Tennessee as multiple tornadoes rip though these states. Tenn has at least 10 dead, 110 injured. Estimated 37 dead from this string of tornadoes. Tornadoes MORE storms expected today.

I can not celebrate Cinco de Mayo without being reminded of my trips to Cancun. I have been there 4 times and I would say that it is one of the biggest parties on Earth. Also I love Chichén Itzá which is one of the greatest places I have ever been to.

As opportune glen’s gophers met
To choose a Chairman For The Log,
Committee formed to save its plight
From loggers’ saws so poised to fright.

The log was all the gophers had
As home to shelter, home to nest.
Its crannies wound its innards round—
Community far out of sight

From harm’s way made, for so they thought,
Before the enemy set camp.
Committee met and voted all
To guard log’s vast communal hall.

So in the night the gophers bade
The Beavers’ Union thus engage
To carry log down to the swamp—
‘Twas done, injustice set a-right.
