Interesting debate. So far Kerry has been accused by one Dem of hating gays, and Dean was attacked for wanting to make America a 2nd rate military power. ...

See post 118. I think Hitlery WAS on the secret McSpitUp spin tactic P.R. committee, and now she is out because she will be hitting the campaign trail, or staging some pity tragedy.
I will never forget an article about her being rushed by a man in a baby stroller and secret service had to intervene as the man was ANTI-WAR saying babies are being killed in Iraq...doncha care for the children SENATOR CLINTON.
Her response was "alot of children are being saved now," she steered clear of any Bush or war bashing, she still is in a way... she is careful not to knock the war but only trash Bush, she IS CAMPAIGNING ALREADY, HAVE NO DOUBT

Was that bizarre or what?! "I was stabbed... so I want guns registered." What was that? Did someone take a pistol and file it to a point?? What a twit.

See post 141 for what I think.

"Kerry seems to have an identity crisis, as he has mentioned John F Kennedy so many times tonight, I feel like Kerry thinks he is JFK!"
Clinton did too... ain't it pathetic...
To: CounterCounterCulture
Does Kerry have the same initials? (JFK)He does in our house, but the F doesn't stand for anything I can repeat here.
To: CounterCounterCulture
Dangit! It looked like nothing was gonna happen.

The dims are in a dilemma, similar to the Pubs in 1996:
GWB will probably win, so we need a throw-away candidate, but, just in case we do happen to win, we need someone who can sort of be a President.

The weasel on the left end said that you need to "take the profit out of health care", and have it all government run, not private.
Sorry, but I don't want no guvmint doctor with no motive what-so-ever to do a good job.
Sharpton said he would make healthcare a constitutional right.
The simple fact is measures should be taken to make health care AFFORDABLE. Then, people make the choice to buy insurance and what sort of coverage they want.

RE your post #137 - I think Senator Hillary Clinton has already determined her part will lose the 2004 presidential election, and her strategy is to stay as far away as possible from the Dem presidential candidate/loser.

I think it was Tony Snow earlier today who started a segment about Kerry, and Tony backed up as said "John F Kelly. He wants us to use the F in his name now."
I thought it was just like Hillary with/without Rodham.
I didn't think JFK. LOL....

Yeah, I caught that too, and I must say even Dem posters I have read, who have traveled to other countries where health care is run totally by the government, are actually against having a government health care system, because they have seen, firsthand, the mess that can result. Dem candidates should be careful about trying to make health care the complete domain of the government, and I agree with you: it needs to be affordable, and more choices, and private industry needs to stay in it. But, right now, it is extremely tough for an individual to buy health insurance, and it shouldn't be so difficult.
