Live Thread: 1st, full Broadcast of DEM PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE DEBATE now on C-SPAN [6:30pm EST]

Interesting debate. So far Kerry has been accused by one Dem of hating gays, and Dean was attacked for wanting to make America a 2nd rate military power. ...

Yes, I watched the debate earlier today and that was my exact thought. Hillary is going to wait until last minute and she will enter race as Dems candidate. She does not want to have to answer too many questions so will step in at the end to "save the party".

You know, I know Sharpton is an SOB from a 'way back, but he sure can be entertaining, can't he?
"Republicans are watching - let's not be fighting."
What's that the upscale Harlem version of 'don't be hatin'?

OMG, Edwards is going with the old "Boy from Hope" theme. Wonder where that idea came from! LOL!

Edwards: "People who work hard every day, blah blah blah"
(Pssst. Those are not your voters, Edwards. And by the way, that shot about the "big belt buckle" was assinine.)
How long until 2% Koocoocachoo drops out?

Has Graham uttered one sentence without adding that he was the governor of Florida.

"And by the way, that shot about the "big belt buckle" was assinine" Wasn't it though......staight from the Blumenthal playbook.

Totally agree, Sharpton is a good speaker and keeps it interesting.

I noticed that too (fellow members of The Ten). They're all talking about their parents - there goes Gephardt, doing it too.

All a guise to usher in Queen Hitlery. So, ya think she's sittin' back 'n laughing at this fiasco?
She is one calculating & conniving *itch.
And I sincerely wish she's W's opponent.
Then we can lay-to-rest the Clinton's, once and for all.

I don't think remarks like that will get him anywhere with people in the middle. He's really stooping.

I heard that too and would have responded sooner, but had to make a fast trip to the bathroom---as dinner reacted to that gag-o-comment. lol

Does this woman make it up at the moment? Please, someone, tell me why she is running? To take it further, why are any of them running...... they still do not understand the election in Florida was lost because the Democrats forgot to teach the people how to vote. Our President has to win this election so I will not have to hear them crying about the damn stolen election....Geeeeeez!

Gephardt has to talk about his mom. Since he no longer really lives in his district, he has to use his mom's address!

Here goes Al...with the Superhero theme.

this?
