I grabbed these images from space.com who in turn got them from www.digitalglobe.com, a company that has their own "spy" satellite.
I cropped them and put the two together in order to better compare the "before and after" images.
These shots are of a residential area across the river from Saddam's palace. Because the houses are much larger than others in the city, one could assume that these are homes of some of the former ruling elite.
The fact that not all are bombed might indicate that some people struck deals with the coalition, eh?

Fascinating. Look how we missed the two Starbucks, but hit the IKEA dead on. And that Walmart building next to the Home Depot took a pasting. But the Victoria's Secret, not a scratch.
