I revel in the pain Clinton must be feeling too. You gotta know he's steaming over W's performance and the public adoration of him.

the pain Clinton must be feeling And the adulation could all have been his if only he'd been honorable and a patriot.

RE #4
Even if Clinton had a chance to do a war president, he would have been so obsessed with focus polls that he would be in a couple of on-going quagmires (in Afghan and Iraq) by now.
I hate to even speculate how many casualties America military racked up by now, if he was overseeing operations in Afghan and Iraq.

With Clinton's over-stuffed ego, I would imagine that the carrier landing had to be the worst blow to him so far.

Well Clinton would say he had great poll numbers too. You heard about them every day on TV, as opposed to now when they are barely mentioned. Except, I think many wondered if Clinton's poll numbers were legit, or were they suspect like so much else about him.

Bingo, ergo my tagline. The fact that X42 is in misery adds to the sweetness.

As I wrythed in pain watching Clinton,Inside I reveled in the idea that this guy Craves power more than anything and by being elected to back to back terms he shot his whole wad. (sorry) I knew he would have a good 20 years to sit on the sidelines and twist in the wind knowing he can never be in the game again..... And believe me he can not stand it.
