Don't take this personally, but that is exactly how clinton got elected - by women voting with their ovaries.
There's a difference between voting for someone based on his looks and noticing his looks.
That soccer mom thing is bogus....it took more than some 'Democrat' women to put him in office, look at NY electing shillery.....it gets old the way people like to lay that pig Clintons election on voting women.
Us ladies here already supported President Bush... it's just been a loooooooong time since we've seen a REAL man leading the way.....and it's his manilness and values that make him so sexy.
Yes. And now the Ovarian Party will swing to W's side. Many of them anyway. I know some silly women who still mourn for Bubba, still think he's cute, and can hardly wait for Hillary to run. So let's be glad that W's great looks and charm will win over some of the O Party votes at least.
Personally, I've always thought GWB was a hunk, as have many of the discerning women at FR.

Don't you think more of them were voting pro-abortion?
After he was re-elected my mother remarked that she had no idea how many women felt a desparate need to kill their unborn children.
They were certainly making the decision with something other than their brains - look at that 1st picture of him to the right of W - Clinton has breasts for heaven's sake. What would posess any woman to think he was "manly"?
Of course I'm viewing this from the perspective of a hetero guy, but I'm guessing that even to liberal women, Clinton now looks like a flabby, red-nosed whiney lardbutt next to W. in a flight suit.
And if women do indeed vote with their ovaries in 2004, Hillary is dead meat.
No denying it, yesterday was a photo op. But the master of the photo op was Reagan, and look where it got him. Bush Elder, however, was master of the bland, and he quickly fizzled out. W. knows how to play the game, and I am glad of that. I would say that the 2004 election was won yesterday, not because of the event, but because the event demonstrated that W. can and will generate the campaign imagery that will capture the Emotional Vote.
Since he already has the Common Sense Vote, what does that leave the liberals?
