Sorry, no. It's whatever service is flying him. The helo is Marine One. The aircraft today was Navy (or Naval) One. When he flies in the 747, it's Air Force One. If he flies in a Coast Guard helo, it would be Coast Guard One.

So, the aircraft he was flying in today would be Navy One, if it was a Navy aircraft.
