Now CNN is making noises that The Dubya wanted an F/A-18 ride, but the Sucret Service nixed it because it's only a 2-seater.

CNN is paying more attention today to the basics of a carrier landing than they EVER did during any military operations.

Thanks. A gent I work is telling me a story about his old Navy days. He flew in a S3 Viking with a CNO (Chief of Naval Operations) and landed on a carrier. They caught the number three cable - supposedly the optimum one.

Fabulous footage on Fox a few minutes ago of 9 F-14s flying in formation over the ABRAHAM LINCOLN yesterday. :)
