You couldnt even begin to make up some of the reality in these suites to accomidate their visitors. If refusing the Gideons request helps keep their customers happy, then refuse the Gideons.What percentage of their guests are actually upset that the Gideons place a Bible there?

Who cares. The bottom line is it is private property and they can tell the Gideons to stick it if thats what they want to do.
