"The argument that people of the same sex who have "sex" with each other are somehow similar to people of the same race is not on rediculous, it is offenses to minority races (minority in this country, that is). Behavior can and often does change. Some behavior is pernicious, some is benign, and some is beneficial. Being born black, or Asian, or white, is completely neutral and no one should be discriminated against solely for belonging to a particular race. "
Under the constitution all men are created equal. It does not say 'except if you're gay'. Gays should have the right to marry. Who care's if they have sex with eachother? Why do we want to stick our noses in their bedrooms.. especially if we hate their behavior so much? We should be encouraging monogomous relationships, not trying to discriminate who can be monogomous with whom. Marriage (with all of it's government/state supported benefits) is the right of every american.. not just 'some'.

You make a very good argument here, and I agree with that. Please point me to a scientific definition of what a "gay" person is.

What about domestic partnerships for unmarried straight couples?

Just answer this one question: Should two homosexual brothers be allowed to "marry"? Yes or no?

Homosexuals have the same rights as non-homosexuals. Trying to use "all men are created equal" to give special rights based on what type of sex acts one performs is obsurd! Remember it's "all men are created equal" not "all men are created equal but homosexuals should have more rights." LOL!!!
Oh... God help you!

Who care's if they have sex with eachother? Why do we want to stick our noses in their bedrooms.. especially if we hate their behavior so much? 1. I could give a flying rat's behind if homosexuals want to do what they call "sex" with each other behind closed doors. But I know and you know that is not what they want. They want to shove their practices and ideas in my face and in the face of everyone else. In the so-called name of sensitivity and diversity, they pollute and recruit kids as young as kindergarten. (Homo teaching is legally mandated in CA K-12.) They have "Gay Pride Parades" where homos dressed as nuns whump each other and homos (barely) dressed in black leather pull little boys on chains. These and millions of other examples give your phony statements the lie.
2. I do not hate homosexuals - as you mentioned, I abhor their behavior. That is why I do not want their behavior glorified, deified, promoted, taught, or shoved in my face.

Are you a member of "Sheep lovers, Unite"? Get a life. What you do in a closet to each other is your business...keep it out of the street, out of the workplace, and out of the legal system. Marriage is a heterosexual union, by law, as that was the "intent" in the law's formation. Only pandering Liberals, courting the gay vote, will vote against clarifying the law to prohibit recognition of a deviant lifestyle choice to be a "marriage". Get over it....
