Russian women are beautiful! Don't believe me? Go to BLue Sapphires. I'm laughing because virtually all of those women claim they do not smoke. Russian women fall into two categories: smokers and chain smokers. Everybody smokes!
Interestingly though, from what I witnessed their smoking laws resemble those of the United States 10 years ago. You can smoke in bars and restaurants but you must step outside to smoke in other public places.
