Well, it's my turn to fold clothes. I saw others lamenting the putting away part.
A few weeks ago we were at a party and our friends had just moved into a new home. You guys--the laundry room was the best laundry room I've ever seen. It had one wall with cupboards AND drawers (someone mentioned wanting dressers in the laundry room). Also cupboards above the appliances. But the best thing? A pass-through cupboard to the master bedroom walk-in closet (the closet has a built in dresser, the top serving as a shelf to receive the laundry room items). Oh, there was a skylight, too. Well---off to face the folding.

Robert Taylor was born in 1911 and so was plenty before our time. But he was in a lot of great movies (or at least famous movies) including Magnificent Obsession, Camille, Johnny Eager, Bataan, and many others.
Taylor starred for three years in the popular weekly police series Robert Taylor's Detectives (1959-1962); and when his friend, Ronald Reagan, opted for a full-time political career in 1965, Taylor succeeded Reagan as host/narrator of the Western anthology Death Valley Days. Taylor's contributions to the war effort included service as an Air Force flight instructor and his narration of the 1944 documentary The Fighting Lady.
Taylor also testified for the House of Un-American Activities Committee and provided evidence against Howard Da Silva. He was a good guy.

And a hanging rod over the wall that had cupboards and drawers. Picture a kitchen style counter with drawers and doors. Then a rod over.
Sigh...

Early on in his career he was considered too goodlooking for Hollywood. It took him a while to convince people that he could act! I remember my grandmother telling me that he was her favorite. Plus, he was a good friend of Reagans. Barbara Stanwick was his first wife.

I thought that was what you meant on the anthrax. Just clarifying. No. I did not hear anything on Fox about it today.
To: TexKat
Thanks for the link, texKat. I couldn't find an official source for what I had heard on Fox.
Prayers to his family, and God Bless this brave soldier.

I'm undecided. There will be so much security... I may just watch it and report as best I can for afar, far away from the A.N.S.W.E.R. herd. !
Make sure and take copies of the Recall petition and work the crowds
I would expect a significant group of Pro-America elements will be there to Support President Bush. God Bless 'Em.

This does not appear to me to be a very good time for Aziz to lie to us. But have you not notice Howlin, those people no nothing else. The point is they do not know how to tell the truth. If they tell you something, you should automatically think it is the opposite. They all suffer with the Baghdad Bob syndrome. And what can you say about people who think that after they blow themselves up they will receive 72 virgins. Now that I brought that up I wonder what they are promising female martrys? The only thing that may be different with Aziz and the rest, is he claims he is a Christian. Maybe he realizes that he had better repent before he dies. At least, I hope that is what he's thinking.
BTW, thanks for the ping, Howlin. I love to read this thread at lunch!
To: Ragtime Cowgirl
I think it is an excellent idea!

The war thread needs a parade for the troops. What do you think?Yes!
I'm not handy with pictures like so many of you are, but what's a parade without the cheering throngs?

I taped that speech President Bush gave today in Dearborn and just listened to it again. It sounded like the people yelling early on were saying "It's because of You! You! You keep going!" (It was hard to understand and make out but that is what I got from it)
