I do believe the anthrax incidents that emerged after 9/11 were perpetrated by the highjackers. There are too many "coincidences" revolving around them and these incidents. When it comes to terrorists, I'd say that such coincidences do not exist. I think the anthrax used in these incidents was Iraqi, supplied by Iraqi intelligence. This was confirmed by the Czecks, who later reniged. I think the first report was true, that the highjackers were supplied weaponized anthrax spores and they mailed the stuff just before 9/11.
