We used to play this game, 'what the celebrity looks like he smells like' (for example.. Ben Affleck=blunts, Tina Brown=bulimically regurgitated fish and chips, etc.) I never got around to naming what Helen Thomas looks like she smells like. Clairol No. 26 and socks?

I think they will still have a comedian. Everyone still needs to laugh. Last yr it was Drew Carey, and he was really good. The year before was Darrel Hammond from SNL, and although he had some funny material, he wasn't that great because he was reading off of notes.

Who is the comedian tonight?

For my money it was the "incoming president of the White House Correspondents Assoc. - Carl (?) Cannon. What a piece of selfserving shit. Who in the hell do these people think that they are? And, if they can't find better entertainment that Ray Charles - who runs out after about two minutes - why in the hell should anyone watch it?
