You are on to something here. Take a look at his post with the supposed Baldwin quote in it. It is absolutely impossible to tell what he has said and what he has quoted.

Whether it is caused by delusions, confusion, or is deliberate, the definite effect is that he will be able (at least in his own mind) to deny that the words were his own.

Either cleverly deceitful, or needing to be taken away by the men in white suits.......

It's not as hard as you might think Chief. You see, the writers quoted in the articles/posts have some semblance of coherency about them. They use proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. They actually recognize the English language.

As for Putin, I admit I never fully trusted him or Russia because of their history .. but I did hold out hope that things could have been different .. but he blew it

I have a friend who lives in Texas, and AFTER Gore finally gave it all up, and we collectively breathed a sigh of relief, she told me to watch the man (GW).....he'll surprise you in ways you'll never suspect.

I rather imagine that's what's going on now. He's continued to amaze me, at every turn. And no, Todd, he's not God in my eyes.
