Hey Todd, here's an idea for you.

Spend your energy on the people who are constitutionally charged with creating the laws, instead of trying to grab attention and hurt Bush like you always do (I'm sarting to think of you as FR's own Calloway), place the rsponsibility squarely where it belongs, and demand that YOUR congressman stop this bill from reaching the president's desk.

In case you didn't notice it was White House spokesman Scott McClellan who started this mess. Most of us on the ground are calling our reps but it doesn't excuse the White House from using a Saturday bombshell to get gunowners to beat the bushes.

I find it ironic that this thread sat virtually idle during the time of AnnaZ's show but it exploded when a handfull of folks showed up after the show was over.
