I know what someone is talking about when they are selling an "ak47". But for someone like you who is referring to the specifics of this ban, you have mislabled the gun. This is not an ak47. This is a semi-auto rifle and it doesnt clarify whether it is pre or postban. The ban has nothing to do with actual ak47's either.
Whether you use clip or magazine the issue as it concerns the ban is a size over 10 rounds. AK clips in general are not banned. You can still buy old magazines over 10 rounds depending on the configuration of the rifle, which is another load of nonsense.
This ban is propaganda put into law.
