I'll say. Bush is too well liked -- regardless of the economy -- to have much of a chance of losing against these uninspiiring potential opponents the dems have put up. We have to remember the charisma factor that got Clinton elected, and the fact the old Herbert walker wasn't exactly considered a man of the people

Don't be too sure. The 2004 race is eons away, politically speaking, and the worst thing that the Bush camp could do is get complacent. If the economy doesn't turn around by next year the war may be a distant memory.
