Oh I'm not critisizing (sp?) at all

I didn't think that, we were just conversing and I am trying to get use to not having to cook dinner for 5. My senior would fast food it every day if I let her.

That's my husband, too. If he could have Arby's every meal I think he would. Well, he might hit Taco Bell for a steak taco every once in a while just to shake things up a bit. I don't think that says anything too positive about my cooking! LOL!

I love to bake, but it's just getting to warm for that. The thought of cranking up that oven is just too much.

Your story about your kids reminded me of what my mom said when I moved out. "Don't take this the wrong way, but our grocery bill has just dropped so much since you left!" Gee, mom- how could I take that the wrong way?? But she meant the same thing you are referring to, once she adjusted to cooking for just her and my dad thier bill really dropped.
