I just fired of an email to the Toronto Sun .They had an editorial wanting the lifting of sanctions but said Blix should go back in to lend credibility. What credibility? France wants a suspension of sanctions..not a lifting and that is a sticky wicket.

*sigh* France is trying to get back into our good graces, but..... they still manage to screw things up for themselves. France is like a cartoon character that has walked off the edge of a cliff but doesn't yet realize it. They think they can still maintain "leadership of the 'anti-war' movement" yet simultaneously make friends again with us Americans.
They are going to have to pick a side; if they pick our side they have a ton of forgiveness to beg for. They made a complete mockery of the UN.
But so far they seem to naively think they can maintain a two-faced charade and will get away with it. I guess they've gotten away with alot in their history. Sorry little country...

There was a comment here about Private Lynch that really made me smile. It was something about how the Iraqis had no idea what they were getting themselves into by messing with a feisty young Appalachian woman. Ever since then, I keep imagining what a young "Granny Clampett" from the Beverly Hillbillies would have done in Private Lynch's situation. She'd have made mincemeat out of those mice!

You're welcome!
I was really upset by this program. I had not heard that there was such an obvious clue that Scott Speicher had survived that crash.
There is an aerial photo of man-made symbols in the sand right by the crash. They look like some sort of very large Morse code that someone put there.
Not to mention the spent flares near the crash site.
I can only think he survived and we didn't rescue him.
After hearing that Saddam Hussein imprisoned an Iranian pilot for 17 years, it's entirely possible that Scott Speicher could still be alive...

Maybe we can capture 3 more cards today. Did anyone figure out who the extra Centcom had in their number?
