As I set out in my latest column, there remain "pockets of resistance" which need to be mopped up, now that the Iraq War has been won. One of those "pockets" is in American universities, and I use Columbia ("a million Mogadishus") and UCLA (Faculty Senate vote 180-7 against the war) as prime examples. Had I known about it when writing my article, I could have used my own university, Yale, as another example (a professor called two students "Fedayeen Uncle Sams" for accurately writing about an "anti-war" meeting).
