Does anyone remember 15 or 20 years ago WLS reported someone who had purchased season tickets for the Cubs or White Soxs sue the team for misrepresenting themselves as a profession team after a particularly poor season? The judge ruled that professional only meant baseball was their livelihood. It didnt mean they were any good. It might be a precedent for this case.
