What will all those anti-war protesters in San Fran think of THIS? And they were wailing about Cheney and his connections?! $600 million isn't exactly chump change!!!!

Did Di Fi give Dick Cheney grief for profitting from the war, though his ties with Halliburton(I know I slaughtered the name) were severed when he became VEEP?

Gee, the other day the Comical made it front page news that a Halliburton sub-sub-contractor got a contract. Because Cheney USED to work there! Today's DiFi story was, I believe, on page 3! No bias here...move along!

And she and her husband both love the PRC and have many "business interests" there. Is anyone besides me concerned about the apparent mix here? Will more US secrets sail right into the hands of the PLA?

Puhleeeeeze ... Can the company produce what they are being contracted to do ...??
If they can - then what's the beef? The fact that it's owned by a dem is not the happiest of news, but then again - is there a repub company which could do better ...??
If so, why didn't they bid for the job ...??
Get real!

Blum and several URS representatives could not be reached for comment. A Pentagon spokesman said he was unfamiliar with the contract. OK ... who ok'd this contract?
BTW .. I don't ever want to hear another Dem whine again about the Republicans

When I was stationed at the Presidio, the worst form of torture was to stand at parade rest or attention listening to Feinswine, Boxer and Pelosi talk nonstop about their contributions (ha) to the Presidio and the Post to Park project. Not one time did one of them stop and talk to the troops after the ceremony. But they sure had a lot of love when the cameras were on.
