People should be able to enjoy the freedom of having a smoke - but other people should enjoy the freedom of not having to smell it.

Then don't patronize an establishment that allows it. We should, as should the business owners, have the right to do so if we so wish.

Agreed. I have a friend who owns a bar in Florida and guess what; he does not force non-smokers in there at gunpoint.

The solution to that is simple....allow the bars and restaurants to decide for themselves whether they want to be smoking or non-smoking. Both sides will have places to go with no one being stepped on.

There has to be room on this earth for all of us. Just because you don't agree with someone's lifestyle, that doesnt make you right in wanting to change it. Live and let live.
