I know it's old news ...the Dixie Chicks...but
it really hit me in the heart...we were total fans.
Now I'm trying to unload 4 tickets to their July concert in
SandyEggo. If only there were a way to refund them
so they wouldn't get my money... I don't think her callous
remark was trivial at all.

Donating the tickets will get you a cut in your taxes if you itemize. (like a homeless shelter)

Did you pay for the tickets with a credit card? If so, you can dispute the charge within 60 days of it showing up on the bill. All you have to do is say that you are no longer satisfied with the quality of the product offered. By law, the credit card company must reverse the charges unless and until the vendor can refute your claim. Since customer satisfaction is a very subjective issue, it is almost impossible for the vendor to refute the claim.

It's losing fans like you that's killing the Dixie Chicks. I'm so proud of you.
